I am a born and bred Idahoan and I think I there are millions of reasons to love Idaho. I have lived in the capital city my whole life. Boise is a beautiful and bustling city that has grown ten times its size since I was young. I have traveled to the rainforest of Thailand, the crowded streets of Hong Kong and to many of the beautiful places in the United States. I can say with sincerity that I have never seen the beauty that the mountains, trees, fresh air and gorgeous skies of Idaho hold in any other place. I love that I can drive 20 minutes and be in the tree line…where the views are to die for. Everywhere I look I see God and his hand in the beauty that I see. Idaho is a retreat and a place that has more open space than you can imagine. I could never think of any other place as home. No matter where I live my love for Idaho will always call me back. I have taken pictures all over this state and I would like to share my love of Idaho in picture form. Most of these pictures were taken with a cell phone camera but I think they still convey the beauty I have described. ❤

For the love of home,

About jennessjohnston78

Hello World my name is Jenness I have been blogging for a couple of years I have used my Embracing blog to help me carry my burdens and to discuss issues that are sometimes very heavy...I am a passionate and very opinionated person I appreciate the outlet that blogging affords me...I am a single mom and have many struggles that I battle in my life but I feel a call on my life to share my blessings and struggles. I pray that the words that I write make there way to people who can be touched by them and that someway, somehow God can use them to have a positive impact. I love writing and though I am not great at it I started the Journal Of The Everyday in an effort to hone my skills and learn new things about myself through writing...I have a pie in the sky idea of someday writing a book...A lofty goal I thank you everyone who joins me on my journey by reading my blogs...I welcome comments and feedback. Here is to embracing the possibilities of everyday life. :)
